You can shop in our online store 24/7, 365 days a year. Our phone lines are open 9-5 Monday to Friday excluding bank and Public holidays.

 

 

If we receive your completed order before 3:30pm Mon - Fri (excluding Bank/Public Holidays) they will usually be dispatched same day (Subject to stock availability). If you order after 3.30pm Mon - Fri, then your order will dispatch the following day (Mon - Fri). If your order is received on the weekend (anytime) it will be dispatched the next working day e.g. Monday morning.

 

 

All our products will be delivered by Royal Mail up to 4Kg. Any oversize or custom packages will be delivered by an appointed courier, DHL, CityLink, in this case you will be informed well in advance.

 

 

There is no package too big or too small for us to ship.

 

 

All out of stock products ordered will be charged for and be dispatched when they become available to us, usually within 2-3 working days. Orders will be marked with “priority for dispatch”.

 

 

Any products you may wish to purchase from our manufacturers that we do not currently stock can be discussed directly with a team member at 'contact us' These products will be deemed special orders and will usually dispatch within 2-5 working days.
